What you buy

One pink hanging travel toiletry bag with multiple compartments and a carry handle. Bottles, cosmetics and other accessories shown in demonstrations are not included. Some interior demonstration media show the blue variant; the sold variant is pink. We do not guarantee that the bag is waterproof or leakproof.

Pricing, payment and orders

The item price is US$19.90, including standard US shipping. Any tax collected is shown at checkout before payment. Stripe securely processes a one-time payment. Byside does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code. Payment confirmation acknowledges receipt of payment; it is not a notice that the parcel has shipped. If stock, address eligibility or a fulfillment issue prevents us from supplying the item, we contact you and arrange cancellation and a full refund where appropriate.

Delivery and returns

The Shipping policy and Returns & refunds policy form part of these sale conditions. Read them before paying: voluntary returns are not offered; for a confirmed defective product, the buyer keeps the item and receives a refund without return shipping. No additional charge is imposed after payment without your agreement.

Order changes and website use

You must provide accurate contact and delivery details and have authority to use the payment method. Purchases must be made by an adult able to enter a contract. Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with other users or its security. Contact us promptly about an incorrect detail or payment issue.

Problems and legal rights

Contact us first so we can help resolve an issue. We do not require you to waive chargeback rights, accept mandatory arbitration or give up rights that applicable law makes mandatory. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Policy updates

The terms displayed when you place an order apply to that order. Later updates are prospective and do not reduce an existing customer's rights retroactively.
